Holiday at Yatsugatake mountain.

We fully enjoyed a nice holiday visiting a village at the foot of Yatsugatake mountain range over last weekend where it was a bit too early to see autumn leaves. Never the less weather was fine enough to make us satisfy with wonderful rustic landscape in between late summer and early autumn.

Ancients in a Jyomon era (a period from 131th to 4th century BC) are said to have dwelled in this Hokuto City as we identified a couple of prehistoric sites nearby the hometown museum. it was in the middle of season for farmers harvesting white and green cabbage. They were appeared to have been working hard from early morning to late evening in this season to see bundles of golden colored rice plants that made us relaxed as felt time going more slowly.

It was a day after a long time to have a great time making us feel happy on autumn equinox day.
